Intermediate Fellowships Online Scholarship Form for Researchers


Online Scholarship Form Due allowance will be given to applicants whose career has been affected due to personal reasons.

You must have made intellectual contributions to research that has been published in leading journals, and can demonstrate your potential to carry out independent research.

You do not need to be a resident Indian national, from India or in India at the time of application. However,

Turkish Government Online Scholarship Form


Online Scholarship Form Travel costs to and from Turkey will be met by the Scholars / Students themselves; Government of Turkey will meet the cost of education, housing and medical care expenses for scholars (except for long-tern illness, serious surgery, prosthesis, orthopedic jaw, orthodontics and dentures);
Eligibility Criteria:
Online Scholarship Form Applicant: -
-Should have completed graduate programs (Masters / PhD) that lasted at least four years before 5/27/2011 minimum mark% 60 in relevant subjects;
-Must have fluent communication skills in at least one Language ie Turkish, English or French;
-Must be healthy and fit;
-Age: Below 40 years as on 05.27.2011;
-Research proposals / specific work to be done (in a separate sheet) must be provided.
Online Scholarship Form Candidates who have been abroad for study / specialization / training either on scholarship or on their own for a period of more than six months are eligible to apply if they have been in India for at least two consecutive years after their return from abroad. Candidates can apply only to one subject.

Institutional Cooperation

Online Scholarship FormApplicants from institutions with which the University of Oslo has a formal cooperation agreement are eligible to apply. Preference is given to applicants who are linked to active and ongoing formalized cooperation/projects within the specific subject area.

Study programmes

Quota applicants may apply for selected Master's degree programmes and PhD programmes. Applicants studying Scandinavian studies in their home countries may also apply for a one-year advanced Norwegian language programme.

Quota funding

Quota funding covers student housing and basic living expences for one person during the study period. The funding is given as part loan/part grant by the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund. After completing the programme and returning to the student’s home country, the loan part is converted to a scholarship. If residence is taken in Norway within ten years after termination of studies, the scholarship is converted back to a loan and must be repaid.

As admission is extremely competative, applicants should have excellent academic records (minimum B+/Upper second/GPA 3.3/4)
Linkage to an institution with a formal cooperation agreement with the University of Oslo
Comply with the rules and regulations set by the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund
